Rebecca has been navigating the joys- and lows- of recovery since the age of 19. As a person with lived experience of substance use, mental illness and an eating disorder, she has a unique perspective on the ways healing can intersect.

Rebecca has worked as a therapist in a variety of treatment settings, and co-founded Now What? AZ after recognizing the need for creative, accessible community based solutions here in her home state.

Winter is a passionate individual, determined to help souls that are struggling with mental health challenges including substance use, relationships, eating disorders, anxiety, depression. You name it, all are welcome here. In a world full of change and challenges, having a safe space to go to for support is Winter's top priority as a human and therapist.

Why? Because she also knows with her own recovery background how vital a supportive community is. We are not islands. Winter is from Washington state, relocating to Arizona several years ago to pursue her love of sunshine and healing. Honored and excited for you all to join us and continue to learn, to grow, to flourish.
